 When I sent my crude cut and paste rendition of what I wanted for a cover, the artist said    "You're scaring me."

 

We have moved from my simplistic collage to an original acrylic painting.

 

My rather fun project, along with excerpts from the novel and a page of details were sent to the artist.

 


Elements of the image came from St. Martins, Maine, Georgetown, Maine, Moody Point Maine and from magazines.

 

 

Scared or not, she created an extraordinary original painting that is

"Sea Swept"

and the cover of:

 

  IN MY FATHER'S SHADOW
